Q: As a first timer, how do I send money using your service?

A: Registration is required for all new clients. Thereafter you can always login and do your transfers.

Q: Will my beneficiaries list be saved?

A: Your beneficiaries list will be saved so that means you don’t have to type it in each time you’re sending money to the same person.

Q: Do I need an ID card to send money?

A: You do not need an ID to send money, however ID will be required when you want to send in the thousands of dollars.

Q: What is the best way to contact Flex Remit' office if I can’t find what I am looking for?

A: Send an email to customerservice@flex-remit.com for faster response.

Q: I’ve forgotten my username and password, how do I reset it?

A: No wahala. If you’ve forgotten your username and password, simply select the forgot my password/username option and answer the security questions.

Your password will be emailed to you using the email address on file.

Q: How soon will my recipient receive money after I make my payment to Flex Remit.

A: Our promise is 30 minutes to 1 hour and we will send you the receipt via email on file.
